The total value of the prizes is 16,800 LEI.

Prizes consisting of Kaufland vouchers will be awarded to the first 5 winners of the Women's OPEN and Men's OPEN, for the 6 km sprint, 11 km cross-country and 21 km half-marathon events.

In the case of the 6 km Sprint event, only OPEN Women and OPEN Men will be awarded and placed on the podium, not the age categories.

For the age categories in the 11 km cross-country race and 21 km half marathon, we will provide a personalized medal and a printed diploma for the first three places in women and men for each age category. The category ranking will also include the winners in the open. The age categories are as follows: Women 14-29, Women 30-39, Women 40-49, Women 50+, Men 14-29, Men 30-39, Men 40-49, Men 50+ for the 11 km cross-country race and Women 18-29, Women 30-39, Women 40-49, Women 50+, Men 18-29, Men 30-39, Men 40-49, Men 50+ for the 21 km half marathon.

The vouchers will be handed over exclusively at the award ceremony, directly to the winners or their representatives. It is necessary to sign a form requesting the winner's personal data in order to receive the prize. If the winner or representative is not present at the award ceremony and does not sign the form, the prize will be considered forfeited.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first 5 winners in the Women's OPEN and Men's OPEN, as well as cash prizes or products/vouchers to the first 3 in each age category, in each of the two races (11 km cross-country and 21 km half marathon).

OPEN prizes can be combined with category prizes. The same runner can benefit from two prizes depending on their place in the ranking.

Payment of cash prizes will be made only by bank transfer within 15 days of the event date. No other payment method is accepted. Winners will send by email to alerg@baneasaforestrun.ro, by April 6, 2020, the IBAN account to which the cash prizes will be transferred and a copy of their identity document (tax residence certificate in the case of foreign persons). Prizes in products/vouchers will be handed over exclusively at the awards ceremony, directly to the winners or their representatives. The lack of the necessary data for the bank transfer of the cash prizes or of the winners/their representatives at the awards ceremony for the product/voucher prizes will be considered a waiver of the prize.
