We run and support KIT - a project of the Zi de Bine association
The first peer to peer education program, for (in)training, prevention, development and support in mental health for high school students.
What we're actually doing - we're teaching today's high school students how to be good colleagues. Good people. How to listen reflectively and communicate assertively. How to speak their mind in constructive ways, to discover their needs and internal resources to fulfill them. How to have healthy relationships. With those their age, but especially with the adults in their lives - parents and teachers.

Because if they are OK with themselves, that's the first prevention against substance abuse. And if they are OK with themselves, then we will teach them how to help others do the same. How to pass on information, to be empathetic and trustworthy. To be good peers.
We are doing this in 6 high schools in Bucharest in the 2024-2025 school year, together with a top team in child psychology and addiction treatment.
If you think you would have benefited from a program like this when you were in high school, let's take this further together, in as many high schools as possible.
You run at the Băneasa Forest Run, and we put kilometers between high schools!
