As some of you know, behind Baneasa Forest Run is a team of passionate runners who perfectly understand what it means to be motivated to run. We know what it means to not have a training plan, not have an event to attend or not find someone to get you out of the house to exercise. If Baneasa Forest Run is a motivation to run, if our workouts get you out of the house even on Sunday mornings when you might prefer to sleep in more, we thought we would offer you the complete package and have created several training plans for you depending on your level. From beginner, meaning you don't really remember when you last ran or maybe you're just starting out, to advanced, running constantly, but without a clear training plan. Choose the right workout and enjoy the movement!
