Training Regulations
These rules apply to the official Băneasa Forest Run training sessions, organized by Running Media Consulting SRL, taking place on the following dates: February 15, March 1, March 15.
Participation is at the sole responsibility of each participant, the organizer assumes no responsibility in the event of an incident. If you believe that you cannot comply with these regulations, you are prohibited from participating.
1. The training starts on the alley parallel to the Nightingales Alley, in the parking lot near the Police Academy and takes place on the 11 km cross-country route. Running through the forest involves several elements that must be taken into account in order to avoid unpleasant events. The training is not medically assisted. Therefore, caution is required. The terrain is rough. Running through the forest involves avoiding bumps, branches, stumps. Also, please pay attention to wasps. They can be found in the forest during this period. In case of any incident, call the public emergency services at 112. It is mandatory to have a mobile phone with a charged battery during the training. The organizer assumes no responsibility in the event of an accident.
2. The training will take place in groups, each group having a leader designated by the organizer, with a different pace, a pace that will be announced on site.
3. The route is unmarked. Runners must accompany a group leader throughout the entire training period in order not to get lost and to have a pleasant and organized experience. Runners who cannot keep up with the group leader of which they are a part, stop in place and wait for the leader of a group with a lower running pace. It is forbidden to follow a person other than the group leader, following another person while running can lead you astray and you may get lost.
4. The organizers may use and reproduce any material containing images of the participants, whether running or not. The organizers may give these materials to a third party without the participants' approval; this freedom may be exercised for any period of time.
