KIT PICKUP LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

The participation kit for all events will be picked up on Friday, April 11, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM and Saturday, April 12, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, from the Baneasa Forest Run stand outside the Kaufland Bucuresti-Tei store, located at 120 Barbu Vacarescu Street. You can find us on the left side of the store's parking lot.

• PARKING: Enough spaces in the Kaufland store parking lot
• PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The Ceaicovski stop of buses 282 and 605 is opposite the Kaufland store. The nearest metro station (1.3 km) is Stefan Cel Mare.

EXCEPTION OF KAUFLAND KIT PICK UP IN BUCHAREST

If you live outside Bucharest/Ilfov or are only running the Family Run race and cannot come to pick up your participation kit on Friday or Saturday, you can do so on the morning of the event, April 13, between 08:00 and 09:00 for the Half Marathon race, between 09:30 and 12:00 for the Cross and Sprint races and between 09:30 - 14:00 for the Family Run race, at the INFO POINT, located in the START/FINISH area. Attention! Only the kits of those residing outside Bucharest/Ilfov and those for the Family Run race will be brought to the START/FINISH area on the morning of the event. Thank you for your understanding!

KIT PICK UP PROCEDURE

The participation kit will be collected based on the QR code, the identity document and the self-declaration signed by the participant online or in physical format. The online self-declaration will be sent by email together with the QR code during the week of the event. Please check the email address used for registration in order to be able to sign the online declaration, including the Junk/Spam/Promotion folder. Also, the personalized declaration ready for printing is attached to the email received upon confirmation of registration. If none of the options are at hand, you can download the non-personalized statement to print and complete. Attention! There will be no self-declarations on site.
For minors, the collection of the competition kit will be done by adults based on the identity document and the declaration on their own responsibility signed by both parents of the minor. The special declaration for the participation of minors will be sent by email or you can download it from here: declaration for minors.
Also, things go faster if you write the competition number on the declaration. If you haven't found it yet, you can search for it in the LIST OF PARTICIPANTS, BIB column. The easiest way is to search by last name. The list is divided into the three events, Family Run, Cross and Half Marathon. Select the event first and then perform the search. The competition number will also be sent by email and SMS.

DELEGATE KIT PICK UP

If you cannot come personally to pick up the participation kit, you can delegate someone else to pick up the kit on your behalf with the relevant declaration signed and completed with the necessary data, and in the witness section, with the data of the person who comes to pick up the participation kit. For validation, it is necessary that the witness also has a copy of the participant's ID.
